BMA worked as part of a subject matter advisor to create and maintain artifacts for the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). We’ve developed a common vocabulary to support the realization of the DoD Architectural Framework (DoDAF). We have also developed technical training materials in standards-based technologies like Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) support for DoD efforts to improve business processes and use of data across the enterprise.

BMA piloted a large-scale digital conversion project where we developed stable, scalable business processes and documented system architecture and workflow. We documented the taxonomy and made recommendations to enhance the current architecture.
