BMA has developed proven quality techniques, tools, and procedures to help ensure that the work being performed for every client meets or exceeds applicable quality standards. This is also specifically applicable under BMA’s contract for Seaport-E and the U.S. Navy performance standards.
Our quality control plan is initiated during our phase-in process and continues throughout the life of our projects. BMA implements simple but rigorous monitoring techniques consistent with QC concepts and effective measures of performance to identify potential deficiencies. These processes will help ensure compliance with performance standards as well as any and all applicable laws and regulations.
