BMA team members offer the following project experience:
human capital management
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC)
BMA completed a Business Function Review (BFR) for the Commission. The
BFR is used to reflect those management, process and organizational changes
that have occurred over the last year and to understand the impact(s)
of those changes on the organization's ability to perform.
National Bar Association
BMA developed a strategic plan for the Association to ensure that their
mission aligned with staff activities.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Family Housing Administration (FHA)
Developed cohesive, national training materials that aligned FHA stakeholders
(realtors, lenders, counselors) and a variety of products (HECM, 203k,
203b) with the FHA's mission.
business process management
State of Maryland - Maryland Transportation Authority(MTA)
BMA will be assisting the MTA with a variety of BPR tasks.
FDIC
Assisted the FDIC's Ethics Department in automating six of their forms by
conducting a business process improvement effort focusing on the
process for each form. Also conducted an analysis of existing BPM
tools to determine which would fit best within the FDIC's business and technical
environment.
Ginnie Mae
As a team member working on the enterprise-wide business process improvement
for Ginnie Mae, BMA team members prepared “as-is” and “to-be” process flows.
HUD, Office of Single Family, Quality Assurance Division
BMA is currently managing a team to conduct an evaluation of the HUD multi-family program planning, budgeting and execution processes for the project-based Section 8 program.
BMA team members conducted a Business Process Management effort examining
various dimensions of HUD's current business processes to identify where
changes could be made, including: policies, procedures, worker knowledge
and/or responsibilities, organizational structures, IT infrastructures,
and change management.
