BMA Receives ISO 9001:2008 Quality System Certification

Business Management Associates, Inc. (BMA) is pleased to announce that the firm has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System. The certification was registered and awarded by NQA Global Assurance under the accreditation standards of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board.

ISO 9001:2008 is the current ‘gold standard’ for the ISO 9000 family of quality management systems, and is designed to ensure that organizations meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders through an enterprise-wide focus on the eight core quality management principles:

2. Leadership
3. Involvement of people
4. Process approach
5. Management systems
6. Continual improvement
7. Factual decision-making
8. Mutually beneficial supplier relationships

The leadership and employees of BMA have spent countless hours and great effort to develop and deliver a company-wide quality management system that meets and exceeds ISO standards.
