Inc. Magazine Unveils 34th Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies—the Inc. 5000: Business Management Associates Ranks No. 2065 on the 2016 Inc. 5000 with Three-Year Sales Growth of 180%

Inc. magazine today ranked Business Management Associates NO. 2065 on its 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy: America’s independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

“We are thrilled to have secured a place on this list for the second year in a row,” said LaJuanna Russell, founder and president of BMA. “I look forward to our continued growth and development as we strive for three in a row!”

The 2016 Inc. 5000 companies are ranked according to the percentage revenue growth when comparing 2012 and 2015. To qualify, companies must have been founded and have generated revenue by March 31, 2012. Candidates had to be U.S.-based, privately-held, for-profit, and independent, not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies as of December 31, 2015 (A number of companies on the list have now gone public or have been acquired). The minimum revenue required for 2012 was $100,000 and for 2015 $2 million.

Companies on the Inc. 5000 are featured in Inc.’s September issue. Complete results, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.

The annual Inc. 5000 event honoring all the companies on the list will be held October 18-20, 2016 in San Antonio. Speakers will include some of the greatest entrepreneurs of recent and past generations such as Marshall Goldsmith, business educator, coach, and author, Robert Herjavec, one of the main “sharks” on ABC-TV’s “Shark Tank,” Julie Rice and Elizabeth Cutler, co-founders of SoulCycle, and Weili Dai, director, co-founder and former president of Marvell Technology Group.
