Ms. LaJuanna Russell, BMA's president, has over 12 years of consulting experience with the federal government and international entities. Ms. Russell uses her expertise in project management and applies her entrepreneurial spirit to successfully offer innovative, flexible and forward thinking solutions in response to the business challenges experienced by her clients.

Ms. Russell has managed multi-million dollar projects for Ginnie Mae and for various offices at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as for several commercial entities. Her expertise in mortgage banking, business process improvement, strategic planning, and document management-related projects has resulted in increased sales and successful penetration into new domestic and international governmental markets for organizations.

In addition to her certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Ms. Russell holds a Bachelor Arts degree in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech and an accelerated MBA with concentrations in International Business and Finance from the George Washington University.
